Umbrella Mental Health Network

We are a network of queer and trans-identified mental health professionals who work primarily in the LGBTQQIA2S community within Toronto.
Our team consists of highly skilled, compassionate, radical psychologists, psychotherapists and social workers who have shared expertise in supporting and promoting health and wellness within an LGBTQQIA2S mental health framework.
Our therapeutic approach utilizes a social justice lens, incorporating trauma-informed mental health care. We understand how systemic oppression (e.g. racism, sexism, ableism/disablism, homophobia, transphobia) can contribute to symptoms of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and substance use issues.
