Xperience Annex
By connecting and collaborating with education, health care and employment providers, the Xperience Annex supports youth ages 18-29 in achieving their goals. Our youth navigator understands the challenges youth face and helps them prepare them for their future by creating pathways to community services and employment. The Xperience Annex is a partnership initiative between the City of Hamilton and community partners, with funding from the Local Poverty Reduction Fund. This is not a 2SLGBTQ specific program.
