Youth Action Committee, Positive Space Network of Halton

The Positive Space Network LGBTQ+ Youth Action Committee (YAC) is a youth-driven leadership committee made up of LGBTQ+ identified and allied youth ages of 13-25 from across Halton Region. Youth in this committee gain volunteer hours for their time and opportunities to make friends and find community with other LGTBQ+ identified and allied youth, volunteer opportunities, work experience hours, and/or high school volunteer hours. As well as opportunities to develop tons of facilitation, mentorship, team work, leadership, communication skills and opportunities to find out about local resources and meet people from other youth services in Halton
