Consumer/survivor drop-in resource centre offers:

* Peer based programs
* Support for consumer/survivors
* Support to families and friends of those living with mental health issues
* Peer outreach to support persons experiencing a mental health crisis who is also having housing issues
* A home base and meeting place for self-help groups
* Educational series evening workshops
* Monthly calendar of events
* Information resources
* Volunteer Opportunities with ongoing training
* Use of the facility's equipment (computers/phone/fax/photocopier)
* Computer use to assist with housing search

The Warm Line and Peer Crisis Support Service - non-crisis telephone peer support line for individuals or family members * answered by consumer/survivors * provides informal support and resource information in the Central LHIN
