Mind Matters: Anxiety, WOCRC

THIS SERVICE IS NON QUEER, TRANS, AND LGBTQ SPECIFIC

Mind Matters is a safe space for youth aged 12-17 experiencing anxiety. In this 8 week group participants will learn about anxiety and how their brain and body works. They will explore the connection between their thoughts, feelings and actions, and develop skills to cope with their anxiety.
