“Quest's Rainbow Niagara Services have been developed to meet the unique needs and barriers experienced by those in
sexually and gender diverse populations and has been a priority since Quest was started in 2010.

The Quest team strives to
address this health equity issue and meet the gap in services.
Our 2SLGBTQ+ services include:
* primary health care for all ages
* trans specific health care for ages 18+
* mental health support through counselling services
* outreach support on site, in schools, & in the community
* providing support around legal name change & gender marker documents and forms
* social groups; "2SLGBTQ+ 10-13 Group", "Trans & Gender Questioning Youth Group (14-19)", " Virtual LGBT+ Adult Drop In (18+)"
* Gender Quest adult trans support group
* health promotion/community capacity initiatives; Pride Prom, Halloween Party, Health Fairs
* community presentations to social services, schools, and medical providers
* support to Gay Straight Alliances, PFLAG
* collaborating with various 2SLGBTQ+ groups/coalitions such as Niagara’s Senior Pride Network.

Our interdisciplinary team focuses on the delivery of culturally competent 2SLGBTQ+ services to individuals across their lifespan.
