Youth Wellness Centre, St. Joseph's Hamilton
St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton's Youth Wellness Centre is an accessible, friendly space for young people age 17 to 25 to receive the best possible care for mental health and addiction issues. We offer confidential clinical care for:
-Youth who are experiencing emerging mental health and addictions concerns
-Youth who are already receiving child and adolescent mental health services delivered by our community partners, and will need additional support to transition into adult services
-Youth who are students of Mohawk, McMaster, or Redeemer and/or who are facing significant barriers to accessing care
